APPLICATION
Reinforcement for rubber tracks, OTT and OTR - Tracks
PACKING. DELIVERY
Rubber track steel cord is delivered on metal BS 40, or BS 60 spools, with the dimensions as per the table below. The rubber track steel cord spools are strapped to a pallet, in a waterproof carton lined with a polyethylene film. Each carton is provided with desiccant to ensure against humidity, and then the film is welded. The closed cartons are secured to the wooden pallet with metal bands.
The packing ensures steel cord preservation, during transportation and storage time, until use. Each carton contains 72 spools. On customer request steel cord can be delivered on Z2 reelless coils.
Each package is provided with desiccant to ensure against humidity. Two coils are hermetically sealed in a polyethylene bag. Every bag is secured to the wooden pallet with metal, or PP bands.
The packing ensures the steel cord preservation during transportation and storage time.
HANDSAMPLES
On request, are provided a number of samples, are put in a plastic bag with desiccant, which are attached to the corresponding unit and delivered together with the shipment.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Cartons can be stored for six months inside warehouse where the combination of temperature and humidity does not lead to condensation. It is recommended to condition the units at ambient temperature before they are opened.
